The You Tuber talks with Dennis Firestone (who drove one at indy...this exact car...) about the car itself and a good look inside. For those that didn’t know, the rules at the time were fairly loose but still had engine limits for displacement. The car used some small air openings next to the cockpit and that’s the start of the huge venturi tunnels exiting out the rear. These cars had the highest cornering speeds of any indy car up until 1983 - where Mike Mosley went from last to first on the Milwaukee Mile passing everyone at will, and after that, they banned the technology, as well as the engine types. This is the progenitor  of the Deltawing race car.

Having had good in-person looks at the cars of the time, early 80's, this one was aerodynamically very clean in comparison, especially the aft end of the engine cover. That is super clean air off the back, unlike many of the other cars.
